We process data that you provide to us yourself and data that we receive as a result of your use of our website.

2.1. General processing of data in the context of the business relationship

2.1.1. Contact form on our website

If you contact us using our online form or by email, we will store the data provided by you for the purpose of handling your request and dealing with any supplementary questions that may arise. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent.

The data you provided will be stored by us until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent to its storage or until the purpose of its storage is no longer relevant (completion of advice). Exceptions are made to comply with statutory provisions from which no derogation is permitted, including, without limitation, retention requirements.

2.1.2. Contacting us through our ad in Google’s search results

To enable you to get in touch with us directly on Google’s search results page, we use Google’s lead form extension to display a contact form directly in our ad in Google’s search results. This form is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

When you contact us using this form, we process your email address and the information entered by you. We process the information you have provided only insofar as this is required to deal with your request and also to defend ourselves against legal claims for up to 3 years after the last contact.

The legal basis of such processing is that processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract and/or for the performance of a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR or – if you have not solicited or entered into a contract with us – for the purpose of our legitimate interests pursuant to point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, i.e. answering requests.

We use Google’s services as a processor for this purpose. As Google also has servers outside the European Union, your data is transferred to a third country. This transfer is subject to standard contractual clauses.

2.1.3. Ordering tickets and registering for a customer account

Any personal data submitted electronically on this website when registering for the online shop, such as gender, first name, last name, home address, email address or other personal details, is used only for the indicated purpose, kept safe and not disclosed to third parties other than processors contracted by HOHE BRÜCKE. This does not affect any disclosure of data necessary to comply with statutory obligations from which no derogation is permitted, such as disclosure to law enforcement authorities.

General processing of data in the context of business relations is carried out for the purpose of performing a contract and/or has a legal basis related to a business relationship (or the management of a business relationship). Your data is exclusively processed for the purpose of formally handling the business to be transacted by us and for the purpose of selling our products and performing sales accounting.

Any transfer of relevant data in a particular case to third parties is made on a legal basis or, as the case may be, for the purpose of performing a contract, and only if necessary for the implementation of the contract. Such third parties are IT providers and banks or credit card companies whose services we use.
Except as stated above, your data will not be transferred to third parties or will only be transferred to third parties if you have given your express consent to such transfer.

Your data is not disclosed to third parties, for example for advertising purposes.

Your personal data is not transferred to any third parties abroad.

If you provide us with your email or postal address, for example when registering for our online shop, we take the liberty to send you topical information in our newsletter based on our legitimate interest pursuant to point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR in engaging in direct marketing by sending information and mailings about our products. You can object to receiving future editions of our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by getting in touch with us using the contact details specified in item 5.

2.2. Data processing for direct marketing purposes

Your data is processed on the basis of your consent or a legitimate interest in soliciting business in connection with our products and services.
